fun game, and the ending was not something I thought would happen. before today, I didn't do NSFW stuff often because most of it was "hypnotizing" and "forced TFs", and I didn't like seeing that kind of thing. but this Elder God really made my heart melt a little.
I probably shouldn't post about this, but... I will. Consider this a review.
The Good. - The card game itself is shockingly well thought out. I don't know exactly how often I'd play it but it feels a bit like how Monster Mind took Mastermind and made it the perfect gameplay loop.
- The artystyle is pretty neat. I rarely am the "target audience" for Null's games (Namely that the kinks like Infestation & in this case Bug Transformation ain't really my jam), but something about their artstyle fascinates me and I end up playing everything they play.
The Bad. - I kinda hate the ending. I know that's silly, especially with how many others love it, but I ALWAYS get squeamish around the particular narrative trope of protagonist leaving their whole life behind for some hypothetical better future in another world that basically turns Isekai into Suicide, and the line about "leaving the world that tormented you so" feels like a Textbook example of that which I hate.
If it provides any meaningful context, I'm a trans person of color that moved across the control to escape a deeply conservative town. The ending is only more resonate as the US erodes my rights and protections further.
I wish every inconvenience upon the creator of this game because like clockwork EVERY TIME I get so close I can literally taste the ending but I’m forced to take a joker and ether have too high lust or no chastity AND LOOSE and one time I had gotten to the end and gotten into the same situation so I took the joker AND THE TRANSFORMATION WAS COMPLETE BUT NOOOO I HAD 21 LUST SO I LOST…… but anyway good game (make it easier please)
yeah, it's part luck part remembering what to do and how to do it
sometimes you just get a bad draw though, a few tips, write down the values of each card to ensure you don't screw yourself over, dawnsoles weird skeleton dudes with the hole in them are an instant loss if you don't have a shield so just run if you encounter them without one
That's actually a cool game. I like the style of it, and especially gameplay. Bugs is not my thing, but still it's pretty interesting game mechanic with cards.
The only thing I wish for, is like "Repeat" button almost immediately after winning. Unfortunately I must restart app all the time when I handle God task. If not count that, then the game is really cool!
Oh sweet, this is really rad! I especially like the interactions between the player character and the Old God. Short but sweet, especially if you have terminal tf brain like me.
Just want to say I discover your works recently and I can't be more happier to learn that someone has the same fetish as me! Sad to know I come so late but still glad I did nonetheless. Thank you for your work.
Certainly not a form I would pick, but I love how wholesome the whole thing is! I wouldn't mind playing cards and cuddling with the big bug :3
I'm honestly shocked I beat it on my second try. I was kind of confused the first time, but everything starting clicking once I was in the second match.

literally beautiful. i love this game so much
Currently playing the game over and over, much more addicting than balatro...
Gameplay aside,i am HOOKED with this game.
It treats a genre of tf that I've never dedicated a second to it and i highly repent about doing so.
The story while short and simple is so meaningful and powerful, loving the transition of the characters and the benevolent god.
If the creator is still around creating masterpieces like this, keep up the good work :3

OH MY STARS! THIS IS AMAZING! Aw man, I wish I could summon him, he's such an amazing elder god. Great game!
the art is gorgeous and the ending is so cute?? T-T
did not understand the gameplay from the in-game explanation, but had fun regardless and had even more fun when I figured it out!!
Mom can we play Balatro at home?
Mom: We have Balatro at home

Wont let me get past the title screen. Play and Credits have no interaction spots/hitboxes. Cool music though
